Ubiratan Nazareno Borges Porto, "Biratan" was born in Belém, Pará State, Brazil 29/10/1950, graduate in advertising at the Federal University of Pará. He is a professional cartoonist's drawing Press and mandolin in the hours lost. Biratan has already won several awards in Brazil and abroad and has published seven books.
